Ayesha Leann Boykin, dedicated wife, mother and friend of many left this earthly blessed life on Thursday, July 27, 2017.
Funeral was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lakeview Fellowship Church. Interment: Dido Cemetery. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Ayesha’s name to Ally’s Wish at allyswish.org.
Ayesha was born Dec. 28, 1972, in Fort Worth and raised in Azle. She graduated from Azle High School in 1991. Ayesha attended the University of Texas in Arlington while working at Lake Worth National Bank, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s degree in business in 1995. Her professional career started as an intern at Cross Timbers Oil Company that led to a permanent position upon graduation. Ayesha also worked for Moncrief Oil, Texland Petroleum and spent the last six years at Range Resources Corporation.
While working at Lake Worth National Bank, she met the future love of her life, Paul Boykin. They married Jan. 6, 1996. They have been blessed by two boys, Hayden and Hudson. Ayesha and Paul were founding members of CityGate Church. They appreciate all the love and support the church has provided.
The family also wishes to thank her Range Resource family, Meal Train and the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders of Fort Worth.
Survivors include husband of 21 years, Paul Boykin; sons, Hayden and Hudson Boykin; sister, Tonya Oleksyn and husband, Tom; nieces, Morgan Mayfield and Mary Oleksyn; and father-in-law, Richard Boykin.
