Ann Price Rodgers, 71, of Azle, went to be with the Lord Monday, March 31, 2014 after a six year battle with pulmonary fibrosis. A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Monday at Azleland Memorial Gardens. Visitation was from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Ann was born Aug. 3, 1942 in Mineral Wells, the only child of Vernon Price and Laverne Graham Price. Ann loved reading, fishing, yard work, keeping up with school mates and missionary work with Brother Mike and Connie Helton.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Laverne Price; husband, Larry; son, Billy Williams; and Eddie and Margie O’Bannon who were like parents after the death of Ann’s mother.
Survivors include; her children, Steve Williams and Lynn Duffy; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; best friend, Betty Owen and a cousin, Maybelle Criner, who was more like a sister to Ann.
