Heads up.
If you have an outstanding traffic warrant issued by the City of Pelican Bay, here’s your one opportunity to take care of it – at a discount, no less – without going to jail.
Until Jan. 13, 2014, the Pelican Bay Police Department has announced it will conduct a “warrant roundup” for people with outstanding city tickets.
Prior to that date, the Pelican Bay municipal court is offering a 50 percent reduction in “failure to appear in court” as well as “violating promise to appear in court” fines.
