Stokes out as Reno mayor; Kelleher no longer on TRWD board

BY CARLA NOAH STUTSMAN
Voters went to the polls Saturday, May 6, to elect leaders in the town of Lakeside, the Azle Independent School District (AISD), Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD), and in the city of Reno.
Lakeside voters also decided whether to re-authorize a quarter-cent sales tax for maintenance and repair of municipal streets.
In Parker County, Emergency Services District No. 1 voters considered a sales and use tax to provide additional funding for the district.
All results are unofficial until the various entities canvass votes.
