Officers lauded for quick saving of toddler’s life

Parker County Sheriff’s Animal Control Supervisor Karen Kessler, Animal Control Officer Matt Anderson and Sheriff’s Deputy Thomas Downs each received the Sheriff’s Meritorious Conduct Commendation, Wednesday, Sept. 18.
