Pauline Teaters, 75, passed away Friday, July 7, 2017. A private memorial service will be held later.
Paula Teaters was an angel in the flesh sent by God to walk us through life. She will be truly missed by her family. Paula loved spending time with her family, sewing, working puzzles, and reading books about the old west.
She is survived by her children, Shawna Maley, Darryl Claxton, Robert Claxton; grandchildren, Tanya Maley, Michael Maley, Shane Maley, Bryanna Wheeler, Chelsea Raymond, Kara Wilson, Ricky Cudjo and Shayla George; plus 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Jim Faulkenberry; sister, Phyllis Herman; plus many other loving family and friends; also survived by her loving and dedicated husband, Samuel Teaters.… Read the rest

Alta Lee Percival, 70, passed away Wednesday July 5, 2017.
A Mass of the Resurrection was held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Lee was born Nov. 27, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas to Raymond and Laverne Knight and was married to Emmitt F. Percival on March 28, 1981 in Temple City, California.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Emmitt of Azle; daughter, Angie Daniel Frey of Azle; and granddaughter, Ashley Frey.

Douglas Benson Kelty, II, 68, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Saturday, July, 1, 2017. Interment will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 28, 2017 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Douglas was born April 12, 1948 in Fort Worth to Douglas Benson Kelty, Jr. and Virginia Reed Kelty. They both preceded him in death. Douglas served in the Marines and the Army and retired after 20 years of dedicated service to his country. He fought in Vietnam in the special forces. His family is at peace that his war has ended. Dwight “Randy” Richardson Sr., 62, a loving husband, daddy, pawpaw and brother went home to be with his Heavenly Father, Thursday, July 20, 2017.
Funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 in Alexander’s Midway Chapel, Springtown. Visitation was from 6 – 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
Randy Sr. was born Nov. 11, 1954 in Weatherford to Bobbie Eugene and Shirley Richardson. They both preceded him in death along with his son, Gabriel.
He was a strong Christian with a big heart and was loved by many and will be missed by all.

William Allen Cross, 58, lost his battle to brain cancer that was diagnosed on March 3, 2017. He has gone to be with the Lord.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Biggers Funeral Chapel.

William Allen Cross, Jr. was born June 16, 1959 in Harlingen. He was a retired Veteran from United States Air Force Security Forces with 24 years of service from 1981 to 2005. Gordon was born Dec. 8, 1940, in Freer, to Wallace Everett and Nellie Dolores Hatch.
“Gordy” never met a stranger! He was a lover of everything outdoors, and it was hard to drag him inside! His biggest hobby was raising horses. He had a passion for agriculture, which kept him outdoors. Services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at White’s Azle Funeral Home. Burial: Following the service at Cottondale Cemetery. Lunch will be at the VFW in Azle, Texas.
A Memorial will be held in Oklahoma City the following week.
Donations may be made to the VFW Auxiliary Post 2137, PO Box 1523, Azle, TX 76098 in Frances Shannon’s name in lieu of flowers.
Frances was born in Boonesville, Texas March 14, 1936. Frances was raised in Bridgeport, Texas. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Etta Ree Shepherd, beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 8, 2017, in Azle, Texas.
Visitation was held Friday evening, July 14 from 6-7 p.m. at Grace Memorial Chapel (8819 US Hwy 87 North- Victoria, Texas) and services were conducted at the Grace Memorial Chapel on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. under the direction of Bishop Andrew Thiriot. Burial followed the service at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Etta was born in Fort Worth, Texas on Sept. 18, 1935 to Sam Lee Hughes and Ada Stout Hughes. She married Ronald Wallace Shepherd in Fort Worth, Texas.
