Tim Leroy Bennett 1939 – 2016

Tim Leroy Bennett, 77, loving husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away Friday, July 22, 2016, at a local care facility with family at his side.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 28, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Azle, 1017 Boyd Road, Azle, under the direction of White’s Azle Funeral Home. Rev. Lee Sipe will be officiating.
Tim was born to Roy Bennett and Kathryn (Switzer) Bennett on Feb. 17, 1939 in Collinsville, Illinois. He married Patricia Bennett on Sept. 2, 1978 in Troy, Illinois. Tim was a retired regional sales manager for Reichold Adhesives.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and stepsons, Greg Bick and Nelson Freiberg.… Read the rest

Jaunita Louise Holt, 90, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 21, 2016.
A Celebration of life was held Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the Briar Church of Christ under the direction of White’s Azle Funeral Home.
Jaunita was born in Boyd on Oct. 15, 1925, and lived most of her life in Azle. She fell in love and married Dan Moody Holt on Aug. 7, 1946, and they lived together happily until Dan’s death in 1993.
The family was devoted Christian members of the Briar Church of Christ and participated throughout their lives, until health issues prevented their attending.… Read the rest

Euradean Brown, 95, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 in Ft. Worth.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2016 at White’s Funeral Chapel, Springtown. Interment is at Annis Chapel. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Euradean was born Sept. 23, 1920 in Tillman County, Oklahoma to the late J. Ray and Lillie Scott. She was a loyal member of Springtown Church of Christ. She loved to be on the go and enjoyed reading her Bible.

Fred A. Greener, Jr. passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 after an 11 year battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Joyce Dell Bouldin, 78, a retired nurse’s aide, went to be with our Lord Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Decatur.
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday July 20, 2016 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Poolville Cemetery. Family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday July 19, 2016 at the funeral home. Rev. Gerre Joiner officiated.
Joyce was born on March 1, 1938 to Thomas and May Dell (Beachum) Brownlee in Alvord, Texas. She was a nurse’s aide for Weatherford Care Center until she retired. She was a Baptist and loved gardening.

Louis Ray Flory, 69, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, in his home after battling many chronic illnesses.
Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the sanctuary of Ash Creek Baptist Church in Azle.
Upon graduating high school, he joined the U.S. Army, serving as a tanker. After serving two years, he began a lifelong career in the tower business. At 36 and love at first sight, he married his wife of 34 years. He devoted his life to God, his family and his work.

Harold Wood, Jr., 68, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
A memorial service was at 1 p.m. Friday, July 15, at White’s Funeral Home in Azle.
Harold was born and raised in Wallace, North Carolina. Harold and his wife Mary enjoyed watching TV together, and taking many trips to visit family and friends. He loved his computer, and computer gaming. He was an outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and camping.
Harold retired from the Navy after serving 30 years. He also worked 20 years with IKON Office Solutions, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Azle.
Survivors include wife, Mary; children, Amy LaSalle and Tommy Wood III; step-children, Jamie and Christina Epps; seven grandchildren; three brothers; one sister; many other family and friends.… Read the rest

He was preceded in death by father, Mike Woolsey; and brother, Michael James Reed.
Survivors include Tarrah Duncanson (James), daughter; Kendra Woolsey, daughter; Grant Woolsey, son; Lou Woolsey, mother; Larry Reed (Diane), brother; Thomas Reed, brother; Russell Reed (Patti), brother; Kenny Reed (Regina), brother; grandchildren, Joey , Amber, Taylor, Nick, and Dilan; great-grandchildren, Brycen.

Delbert I. Dake, 71, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday July 18, 2016 in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment was at  Ash Creek Cemetery in Azle.
Delbert was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia and brothers, Gary and David.
Survivors include mother, Margaret; sons, Delbert Jr., Daren and his wife, Renee and Scotty Dake; sisters, Marieta Starkey, Kathy Lott and Ellen Macias; brothers, Burce and Danny Dake; grandchildren, Zachary, Trever, Shane, Cloei and Callum; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Rebekah, Aidyn and Jensyn; god-daughters, Laycie and Sara Johnson.
