The Parker County Grand Jury met Thursday, June 6, in Weatherford to consider evidence pertaining to various criminal cases.
The Grand Jury returned 36 criminal indictments against 29 individuals.
Among those indicted are two Azle residents and three individuals who list Springtown addresses:
Joseph Aaron Caddell, 37, of Azle, was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle as well as burglary of a building. Both charges are third-degree felonies.
Ransom Logan Ratliff, 17, of Azle, was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
Jerry Wayne Ehrenberg, Sr., 40, of Azle, was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
George Louis Hernandez, 21, of Springtown, was indicted for assault family violence (choking), a third-degree felony.
Jason Daniel Sarlow, 41, of Springtown, was indicted for injury to a disabled person, a third-degree felony.
Brandi Marie White, 24, of Springtown, was indicted for theft of property $1,500-$20,000, a state jail felony.
Others indicted on June 6 include:
Daniel Bryan Austin, 34, of Dallas, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 with intent to deliver, 4-200 grams, a first-degree felony.
Jose Luis Alabarran Borja, 33, of San Angelo, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, one to four grams, a second-degree felony.
Ricky Cardenas, 34, no address listed, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Abraham Daniel, 36, of Weatherford, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Daniel Lee Davis, 33, of Aledo, was indicted for theft, less than $1,500 enhanced with two or more prior theft convictions, a third-degree felony.
Jourdan Kelly Dickerson, 26, of Willow Park, was indicted for assault family violence (choking), a third-degree felony.
Lisa Ann Harrison, 41, of Weatherford, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, as well as for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2, less than one gram. Both charges are state jail felonies.
Everett Dean Heath, 30, no address listed, was indicted for violation of a protective order or bond condition by assault or stalking and for assault family violence (choking). Both charges are third-degree felonies.
David Jefferson Humphreys, II, 30, of Fort Worth, was indicted for theft, less than $1,500 enhanced with two or more prior theft convictions, a state jail felony.
Justin Dale Hunt, 28, of Mineral Wells, was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and for credit card or debit card abuse. Both charges are state jail felonies.
Stephen Ray Locke, 45, of Millsap, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Colt Ashley Malone, Sr., 30, of Lake Worth, was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.
Richard Wayne May, 50, of Weatherford, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Taner James McDonald, 32, of Weatherford, was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a state jail felony.
Zakia Comen Mohammed, 41, of Coppell, was indicted for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information and for credit or debit card abuse. Both charges are state jail felonies.
Holly Faye Morgan, 29, of Clyde, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Kyle Wayne Parnell, 22, of Weatherford, was indicted for assault family violence enhanced, a third-degree felony.
James Aaron Powers, 38, of Fort Worth, was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony.
Casimiro Rodriguez-Morales, 24, of Weatherford, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child with sexual contact. Both charges are first-degree felonies.
John Andy Serna, 32, of Weatherford, was indicted for assault family violence (choking), a third-degree felony.
Thomas Soto, 63, of Big Spring, was indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
Ted Wayne Stephens, 38, of Watauga, was indicted for firearm smuggling three or more firearms, a second-degree felony.
Rachel Lynn Villanueva, 17, of Fort Worth, was indicted for assault on a public servant, a third-degree felony.
Another individual was indicted who has not yet been arrested.
