Wayne Goodman is a Special Ranger who works for the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association to catch cattle rustlers and all sorts of other agricultural crime. Goodman showed us a photograph of him and his fellow TSCRA Rangers, which total 29. They all wear a silver badge, a white hat and a gun. At the moment none of them are female.
