Students at Eagle Heights heard from former Azle ISD students and local professionals during the school’s Career/College Awareness Day on Oct. 25.
Azle High School counselor Melody Borger spoke with students about how crucial maintaining good grades is in preparing for college. She also told the assembled grade groups what colleges look for in students and the value of working hard.
Two former AHS students were Skyped in for students to hear college stories first-hand from Azle grads attending university.
