Water restrictions ongoing for TRWD owned lakes

In spite of the possibility of record low temperatures during the week of July 1, water restrictions continue for most of the area due to lack of rain and the continued reduced capacity in lakes owned and operated by Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD).
The implementation of Stage 1 water restrictions began June 3.
Like other entities that purchase water from TRWD, the city of Azle follows the organization’s lead when it comes to water restrictions.
