Teachers get big money

The Azle Education Foundation distributed 64 individual and campus grants totaling more than $55,000 Nov. 3 at the district’s 10 campuses. Education Foundation passes out $55,000 in grants

Azle ISD teachers and campuses were the recipients of over $55,000 in grants awarded by the Azle Education Foundation (AEF) Nov. 3.
A total of 61 teachers were awarded individual grants representing all 10 district campuses.
Members of the AEF board were joined by AISD administration, band members, and cheerleaders to celebrate education innovation in our district,” said AEF Board Member Philippe Lalonde.
