Early voting for the March 6 primary elections is officially underway.
More than 87,000 Parker County voters have registered to vote in the primaries and their first chance to cast their ballots was Feb. 20.
Parker County Judge Mark Riley said, “Our elections administrator and his staff have done a good job of making available all the information that the voters need.”
Elections Administrator Don Markum said, “We also want to remind everyone that this is a primary election so voters must pick a party’s primary to vote in.”
He added that voters in Parker County can vote in any polling place both during early voting, which runs through March 2, and on Election Day, Tuesday, March 6.
