9 constitutional amendments on Texas ballot
Texans will consider nine constitutional amendments in the Nov. 5 general election, so there is a lot of information voters need to know.
First of all, here are the proposed amendments we’ll be deciding:
Proposition 1 is the constitutional amendment authorizing the legislature to provide for an exemption from ad valorem taxation of all or part of the market value of the residence homestead of the surviving spouse of a member of the armed services of the United States who is killed in action.
