Training adds to animal adoption value

There’s always excitement initially when rescuing a puppy or dog.

It’s a fun experience that starts out with bonding with the new pet as you get to know each other.

And then comes the realization that your new pet has some behavioral problems.

Recognizing this is often a discouragement to new pet adopters, the Azle Animal Shelter has teamed up with shelter volunteer Tracie Betts, a certified professional trainer and owner of Shape A Pup, to launch a free training/problem solving program for dogs adopted from the Azle Animal Shelter.
