Telemarketing frauds are always changing their claims to avoid being caught – and they are ringing up folks locally.

A new twist in the telephone scam arsenal is to coordinate calls with the actual Publishers Clearing House (PCH) sweepstakes calendars. The hope is that the victim will be a participant in the sweepstake and simply accept that they have won.
