A program open to young adults throughout Parker County provides resources and opportunities for those with a juvenile criminal record.
A U.S. Department of Labor grant of $1.5 million funds three years of the program, based locally at the Community Learning Center in Weatherford.
According to program manager Kathy Daniel, men and women between 18 and 21 years old who have been convicted in the juvenile justice system can take part in classes designed to teach them a trade.
