Here’s the latest group of foods that will make your heart healthier, according to WebMD:
1. Fresh herbs – i.e., rosemary, thyme, sage, and oregano; they replace sugar, salt, and trans-fats
2. Black beans – packed with good things like magnesium and fiber; always rinse them to remove extra sodium
3. Red wine – lots of antioxidants; alcohol can help boost good cholesterol (HDL) but drink no more than one glass daily
