Retired US Air Force Master Sgt., Gordon Mathew Hatch, 76, passed away on July 21, 2017.
Memorial service is at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Biggers Funeral Home. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service.
Gordon was born Dec. 8, 1940, in Freer, to Wallace Everett and Nellie Dolores Hatch.
“Gordy” never met a stranger! He was a lover of everything outdoors, and it was hard to drag him inside! His biggest hobby was raising horses. He had a passion for agriculture, which kept him outdoors. He was proud of his history in the military, as well as his contribution to building the F-16s while at General Dynamics and later, Lockheed Martin.
Gordon M. Hatch is preceded in death by his parents, and his former wife, Lottie Briggs Hatch.
Gordy is survived by his wife, Norma Hatch; his sister, Jan Cortez and her husband, Jerry; his daughter, April Cooper, and her son; his son, Gordon Hatch, Jr., his wife, Karen and their two children; his son, Hollis Hatch, his wife, Karen, and their five daughters, and six grandchildren; his daughter, Kimberly Hatch; his stepdaughter, Terri Prollock and her husband, Steve, and their two sons; his stepson, Matthew Osborne, and his three children; his stepdaughter, Kimberly Dodge, and her two children; his stepson, Taylor Osborne, and his wife, Laura, and their two children.
