U.S. Army Private First Class Robert Langston is welcomed home for three weeks’ leave by members of his family at a party honoring him Saturday, March 29, at The Deer Cove. Pictured are (l-r): paternal grandfather Don Langston, mother Sara Langston, father Mark Langston, PFC Langston and his wife, Amanda, and maternal grandfather Gil Boatman. PFC Langston’s younger brother, Brad, is serving as an aviation ordinanceman in the U.S. Navy stationed at Virginia Beach and was unable to attend. Both grandfathers served in the Navy, as well.
