Student becomes teacher in Chronic Disease Self-Management program

Charles Roberson never thought his chronic condition would give him a chance to help others.
Less than a year ago he joined the Better Choices, Better Health Chronic Disease Self-Management program at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle and has not only changed his life, but is looking to help other chronic disease sufferers change theirs as well.
After graduating from the six-week program that taught him how to manage his chronic illness more effectively, Roberson felt his journey wasn’t over.
