Tarrant indicts 9 from here

During recent meetings of the Tarrant County grand juries June 11-15, charges against 13 local individuals were among the indictments handed down for various felony charges.
• Lon Casey Morris, 38, of Azle was indicted June 11 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
• Jerri Marie Starnes, 53, of Azle was indicted June 11 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, between four and 200 grams, a second degree felony.
• Clinton Taylor, 28, of Azle was indicted June 11 on two counts of theft of a firearm, state jail felony.
• Cody Brackeen, 33, of Azle was indicted on June 12 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
• Trai Mahoney, 23, of Azle was indicted June 12 on a charge of assault of a family or house member impeding breath or circulation, third degree felony.
• Paul Marquis Polty, 35, of Azle was indicted June 12 on a charge of possession of marijuana between four ounces and five pounds, a state jail felony. He was also indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
• Daniel Spooner, 24, of Azle was indicted June 12 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, between four and 400 grams, a second degree felony.
• Carlos Anthony Milan, 35, was indicted June 15 on a charge of assault of a family member by choking with a previous conviction, a second-degree felony.
