Loretta Montgomery, 81, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Azleland Memorial Park.
Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White’s Azle Funeral Home.
Loretta was born August 4, 1935 in Gilliland, Texas to T.J. and Vernice Dodd Mayberry. She married the love of her life, R. D.(Don) Montgomery, March 18, 1950. Loretta was at his side and his rock through almost 66 years of marriage. From his one man construction company into multiple successful businesses and ventures, she was there until the end. Loretta truly enjoyed trophy deer hunting, especially with the grandkids and was a very dedicated and experienced hunter in her own right.She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi in Wichita Falls.… Read the rest
Jack D. Anderson, age 98, of Azle, Texas passed away Monday, Jan. 9, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16 at Sunset Funeral Home in El Paso, Texas followed by a military graveside service at the Ft. Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso. Visitation will be at Sunset Funeral Home on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m.
Jack was born on Oct. 10, 1918 in Hastings, West Virginia. He married Iris Gwendolyn Lightner on Dec. 1, 1941. Jack enlisted in the US Army on July 5, 1941 and was a veteran of WWII. Mozell was born April 20, 1926 in Parker County, Texas to Robert Henry and Laura Riggs Cross. She dearly loved God, family and reading the Bible. She had an identical twin that has passed away. Denver Loyd (D.L.) Hall, age 88, of Azle, Texas, passed away Dec. 30, 2016.

Robert Eugene Bradberry, 78, passed away after a lengthy illness on Dec. 30, 2016.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Thursday at Azleland Memorial Park. Robert was born Oct. 18, 1938, to James and Iva Pearl Ackers Bradberry, in Jacksonville.
Robert was a member at North Side Baptist Church. He was a retired banker from First Financial Bank in Weatherford. Robert loved to fish and spend time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Michaella Bradberry; children, David Mills and wife Christy, Dustin Brown and wife Miranda, and Christi Tucker; grandchildren, Vincent Tucker and Christopher Toole; great-grandchildren, Dakota Toole and Bryan Toole; and a host of family and friends.… Read the rest
Marjorie Jean Howard, nee Hodges, born Oct. 7, 1927, passed away on Dec. 22, 2016. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Her parents, Ben and Thelma preceded her in death as did her much loved and missed daughter, Ginger Berry.
Hers was an endless love for her family and no words can ever express how her family loved her and will miss her.
She is survived by husband, Neal Howard; two daughters; two sons-in-law; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Jimmy was born Jan. 1, 1933, in Fort Worth to John J. and Cora Pruett Jennings. He married Doris Jean Rose Jennings in 1998.
Jimmy was preceded in death by wife, Dorothy Berry Jennings on April 2, 1997; sister, Sue Reams and husband, Bob of Fort Worth.
