Francis “Frank” Mayo, 56, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2017 at White’s Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle, 76020. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Frank was preceded in death by his father, James Mayo; sister, Rose Wilhite; and nephews, Jason Henderson and Tanner Mayo.
Survivors include his mother, Joann Mayo; siblings, Shelley Freeman, Jim Mayo, and Terri Smith; and many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Johnny Pruitt 1949 – 2017

Johnny Pruitt, 67, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017.
Services were held, Thursday, May 4, 2017, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home.
Johnny was born on Aug. 28, 1949 in Red River County to Clarence and Johnnie Elaine Pruitt. He enjoyed fishing, smoking meat and music. His children, grandchildren and his dog Otis were everything to him.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Cheryl Pruitt; brother, Clarence Pruitt; sister, Peggy Smyers; and his angel puppy, Annie.

Bailee Kay Lynn, 5, gained her angel wings on Friday, May 5, 2017.
Bailee was born in Weatherford Sept. 7, 2011. She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and niece. Bailee was a beautiful, strong, bold and brave child that made everyone’s heart smile.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Joann Adams; and best friend, Cassidy Zips (Zappy).

Rhonald “Rooster” Brown, Sr., 74, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2017.
Inurnment is at 10 a.m. Friday, May 12, 2017 at Jaybird Cemetery under the direction of White’s Azle Funeral Home.
Rhonald was born in Dallas on July 18, 1942 to Hugh and Mildred Brown. He loved to be outdoors and collecting western memorabilia. Rooster as he was fondly called had worked for many years in the meat packing business.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Raymond Brown and son, Brandon.

Mary Spry, 81, passed away peacefully, Sunday, April 30, 2017.
Funeral service is at 11 a.m., Wednesday at Alexander’s Midway, Springtown.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial: Annis Chapel.
Mary was born Aug. 10, 1935 in England to Charles and Violet Line Vorley.
They preceded her in death along with her son, David Alan Spry.
She loved to garden, watch birds and had a vast collection of bird houses both inside and out. She was known as Mother Mary at her daughter’s flower shop, Sandy’s Cozy Creations as she kept the girls in line.… Read the rest

Elise Lacroix Cire, 87, passed away April 22, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Graveside service is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Elise was born July 31, 1929 in Colfax, Louisiana to the late, William J. and Mary Elise (Chapman) LaCroix. Mary, her mother, passed away when Elise was born and her father would later marry her step-mother, Margaret. She came to be the oldest of three children and grew up in Colfax with her two brothers. Elise met, Marshall Cire from nearby Alexandria and they married Feb. 14, 1947.
Following Marshall’s work as an engineer in Aerospace, they would come to live in Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana and finally Texas in 1979.… Read the rest

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Sawyer.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Mulvany; son, David J. Nichols; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Monty Weldon Reynolds, 55, passed away unexpectedly and went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
Graveside service was held Friday, April 21, 2017 at Jaybird Cemetery under the direction of White’s Azle Funeral Home.
Monty was born Oct. 24, 1961 in Fort Worth to Willis and Doris Maurine Williams Reynolds. He was a loving husband and father that never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone.
Monty enjoyed playing golf, reading, going hunting and gun enthusiast.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Marty Reynolds.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Amy Reynolds; daughters, Madison Reynolds and Lauren Reynolds; mother-in-law, Carol Bernasky; sister-in-law, Misty McCabe and husband, Jason; nephew, Connor McCabe; niece, Aubrey McCabe; and many other loving family members and friends.… Read the rest
