William R. Wyser III, “Bill”, passed away July 14, 2017. Services were held Saturday, July 22, 2017 in care of Roberts Family Funeral Home.
We honor the life and the sacrifices made by Bill.
Bill is survived by his wife, Diane; son, William Gregory Wyser of Azle; daughter, Andrea Fiacco, of San Clemente, California; grandchildren, Christian Jacob Orpineda, Blake Fiacco, Kenneth Wyser, Kayla Wyser; brothers, Richard Wyser, Reagan Wyser, Ralph Wyser; sister, Francis Mills along with many other loving family and friends.

Dwight “Randy” Richardson, Sr. 1954 – 2017

Dwight “Randy” Richardson Sr., 62, a loving husband, daddy, pawpaw and brother went home to be with his Heavenly Father, Thursday, July 20, 2017.
Funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 in Alexander’s Midway Chapel, Springtown. Visitation was from 6 – 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
Randy Sr. was born Nov. 11, 1954 in Weatherford to Bobbie Eugene and Shirley Richardson. They both preceded him in death along with his son, Gabriel.
He was a strong Christian with a big heart and was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy; children, Randy Jr., Natasha, Justin, Kyle, Jonathan, Angela, Dakota and Brittany; siblings, Ray, Shelly, Tammy and Sheila; grandchildren, Dayne, Tailar, Natasha, Jacob, Kailyn, Matthew, Tabbitha, Mickel, Atlas and Lathen; and many friends.… Read the rest

William Allen Cross, 58, lost his battle to brain cancer that was diagnosed on March 3, 2017. He has gone to be with the Lord.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Biggers Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, Inc.
William Allen Cross, Jr. was born June 16, 1959 in Harlingen. He was a retired Veteran from United States Air Force Security Forces with 24 years of service from 1981 to 2005. Retired US Air Force Master Sgt., Gordon Mathew Hatch, 76, passed away on July 21, 2017.
Memorial service is at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Biggers Funeral Home. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service.
Gordon was born Dec. 8, 1940, in Freer, to Wallace Everett and Nellie Dolores Hatch.
“Gordy” never met a stranger! He was a lover of everything outdoors, and it was hard to drag him inside! His biggest hobby was raising horses. He had a passion for agriculture, which kept him outdoors. Frances Dethloff Shannon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away Friday, July 21, 2017.
Services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at White’s Azle Funeral Home. Burial: Following the service at Cottondale Cemetery. Lunch will be at the VFW in Azle, Texas.
A Memorial will be held in Oklahoma City the following week.
Donations may be made to the VFW Auxiliary Post 2137, PO Box 1523, Azle, TX 76098 in Frances Shannon’s name in lieu of flowers.
Frances was born in Boonesville, Texas March 14, 1936. Frances was raised in Bridgeport, Texas. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Lola was born Dec. 25, 1930.
She was preceded in death by Raymond Dean Knox.
Survivors include children, Loyd Knox, Kathy and husband, Bill Lingle, Kevin Knox, Charles Knox and wife, Beverly; grandchildren, Justin Knox and Jamie Shannon, Chris Knox, Rachel Knox, Chris Lingle; and great-grandchildren, Jacob Knox, Holden Knox, Evan Lingle, Kyah Shannon, Slade Shannon, Hayes Shannon, Corbin Knox and Brinley Knox.

Etta Ree Shepherd, beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 8, 2017, in Azle, Texas.
Visitation was held Friday evening, July 14 from 6-7 p.m. at Grace Memorial Chapel (8819 US Hwy 87 North- Victoria, Texas) and services were conducted at the Grace Memorial Chapel on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. under the direction of Bishop Andrew Thiriot. Burial followed the service at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Etta was born in Fort Worth, Texas on Sept. 18, 1935 to Sam Lee Hughes and Ada Stout Hughes. She married Ronald Wallace Shepherd in Fort Worth, Texas.

John Lawrence Schreck, 55, passed away on July 11, 2017 at his home in Azle.
There will be no visitation/burial service. The family will organize a Celebration of Life at a later date.
He was born on May 6, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri to David Francis Schreck and Patricia Ann Schreck.
John grew up in Tipton, Missouri. He graduated from Tipton High School. After high school he attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri where he received a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems.
John married Donna Comstock in 1983 in Warrensburg. They were happily married for 34 years.

Mary Diane Woodruff, 69, a retired office manager, went to be with our Lord Thursday, July 6, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Memorial was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Springtown Fundamental Baptist Church with burial at Azleland Cemetery in Azle. Family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Boyd. Pastor Danny Marrow officiated.
Mary was born on June 30, 1948 to Lloyd and Lucille Grimsley in Fort Worth. She was a member of Springtown Fundamental Baptist Church in Springtown. Mary retired after 40 plus years as an office manager at David’s Patio. She was also a member of the Springtown Historical Society.… Read the rest

Judy was born in Middletown, Ohio on Nov. 4, 1923 and passed away at her home in Azle Texas July 10, 2017.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at 4 p.m. at First United Methodist, in Azle.
Judy was an elementary school teacher for 41 years. Her activities included line dancing, Red Hats, bunco, ukulele, and active in her church choir.
Judy’s final days were spent surrounded by family and her many friends that she had touched in some way with her joyful personality.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Lockerman.
She is survived by her daughter Paula Martin and husband Ron; four grandchildren, Clay, Jennifer, Jon and Lindsay; four great-grandchildren, Cayden, Hunter, Cameron and Grayson; step-daughters and many nieces and nephews.… Read the rest
