Murleine Watson passed away on Aug. 20, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Though we mourn the loss of Murleine, we celebrate and rejoice her memory, her reunion with our Eternal Father and the wonderful life lived.
Murleine was born April 29, 1942 to her parents, Silas B. Applewhite and Lattie L. Davis in Fort Worth, Texas.
Murleine was a loving mother & grandmother, and was someone who mothered all that needed it. Murleine truly loved her children very much.

Donald C. Watson, deeply devoted family man with a passion for fishing, finished his long battle with Parkinson’s Tuesday, Aug. 23 at the age of 85.
A memorial service will be held at Biggers Funeral Home at 6100 Azle Ave. in Lake Worth Saturday, 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 24.
Don was born to Clayton and Corene Watson, Dec. 30, 1930 in Fort Worth, Texas. Don grew up skinny but tough, in a neighborhood where tough was necessary. Corey D. Travis, 42, a loving husband and father, passed away, Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016.
Memorial services are scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church, Boyd. Flowers will need to be delivered to the church on Saturday morning. Burial of cremated remains will be in New Hope Cemetery.
Corey was born July 22, 1974 in Fort Worth to Bill and Neola Cundiff Travis. They both preceded him in death.

Virginia Sue McCormick, 52, a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully, Sunday, Aug. 14, 2016.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 2, 2016 at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Azle, 1017 Boyd Road. Virginia was born, April 5, 1964 in Whittier, California to Dennis John McCormick and Janie Sue Hawley Blake.
Her mother preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughters, Kami Mastropoll and Heather Herring; sons, Michael, Timothy and James Herring; father, Dennis McCormick; sister, Peggy Ward; step-father, Randy Black; grandchildren, Landon, Cayson and Adilynn.

Clifford Donald Holly made his new heavenly home on Aug. 20, 2016.
A celebration of life was held at Eagle Mountain Baptist Church under the direction of Roberts Family Affordable Funeral.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clifford’s name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice.
Clifford was born Dec. 12, 1939 in Fort Worth to Virgil Lee Holly and Alta Vesta Widener. He was married to Carolyn Lowery Holly for 43 years.
Cliff was employed by GTE, now known as Verizon, for 25 years. Most of his telephone work was in Azle, beginning as a maintenance foreman and later as local manager with territory covering Keller, Lewisville, and Grapevine.… Read the rest

Janice was born Dec. 2, 1961 to her parents, Douglas Covington and Wanda Moore in Decatur, Texas. Though we mourn the loss of Janice, we celebrate and rejoice her memory and the life lived.

Debbie Kinard, 61, loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend passed away Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016.
Debbie was born Dec. 4, 1954 in Lubbock to Billy Wayne and Pauline Coleman Brazell. She loved being with her family and especially her grandson, Zachary.
She was preceded in death by her father; brother, Michael Brazell; and sister, Donna Kaye Brazell.
Survivors include daughters, Megan Kinard and Robbie Krumland; husband, Ron; grandson, Zachary Krumland; mother, Pauline Brazell; sister, Vickie Jordan and husband, Tom; several nephews, nieces and loving family members.

Derald Coomer, 78, a loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away Friday, Aug. 26, 2016 in Azle.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016 at White’s Funeral Chapel in Azle. Internment was at Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Derald was born July 30, 1938 in Azle to the late George and Leona Coomer. He was an avid farmer where he enjoyed utilizing his John Deere tractors. Derald loved to go RVing especially to Brownwood. He was also an avid sports fan.
