Brandon Jay Martin, 21, of Azle, Texas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Brandon was born on Oct. 25, 1995 in Fort Worth, Texas. Brandon grew up primarily in Saginaw. Brandon was very active as a youth. He was a charming individual who never met a stranger. It was this personality and free spirit that attracted people to him.
Brandon enjoyed many social activities and made any room come to life. People enjoyed being around him as he enjoyed making others laugh and have a good time. Brandon loved his family and the time they spent with each other.… Read the rest

Winifred Ann “Baby” Winterrowd, 83, loving wife, mother and grandmother went to be with her Lord Jesus on Sunday, June 11, 2017.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Greenwood Funeral Home in Fort Worth, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Greenwood Chapel with the Reverend Gerry Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park.

Ricky Alvin Waldrop, 62, died Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at his home in Reno Texas.
Family and friends are welcome to join us for a luncheon to celebrate Ricky’s life on Sunday, June 18 at 2 p.m.
Ricky was born in Fort Worth Texas on Aug. 28, 1954 and was a resident of Reno for over 32 years.
He was a member of Outreach of Love Church in Springtown and loved his family and fishing.
He was the founder of Waldrop’s Furniture in Azle Texas.
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents James and Aliene Waldrop.

Visitation was held Friday, June 2 at Azle Church of Christ from 10 to11 a.m.
Service was at 1 p.m. in the church chapel. Burial was at 3 p.m. at Greenwood Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas.

On Wednesday, May 24, 2017, Burdell Pittman met his Lord in Heaven and was reunited with his wife of 65 years, the late Russie Pittman.
Service was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at White’s Azle Chapel. Interment was at Ash Creek Cemetery.
Burdell was born to Wilburn and Edna Turner Pittman in Bangs on Jan. 23, 1926. He served in the United States Navy from 1944 to 1946 during World War II. Through the years he had various trades, the lengthiest being father to the couples five children. His passions included auctioneering, RVing, farming livestock, festivals, country music, dancing, church, and sharing stories about his colorful life.… Read the rest

Lucy Elaine Terry was called to be with the Lord and joined her husband, Virgil, on May 21, 2017 at the age of 92.
Lucy was born to the late Causby and Irma Strong on July 5, 1924 in Lexington, Oklahoma. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be deeply missed by us all.
Lucy was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Virgil Terry and brothers, Causby Strong, Jr. and Kendall Strong.
