April 17, 2013

The annual Drive for Compassion has set a golf tournament date: Oct. 5.

While that date might seem distant, sponsors are being sought at nine different levels, from $50 to $3,000.

Ten different local charities will benefit – Backpack for Kids; Neighbor to Neighbors; Castle Hills Mission House; “In As Much” food pantry; Habitat for Humanity; Liberty Lighthouse; Safe Harbor Counseling Center; Robert Landers Youth Golf Association; Azle Educational Foundation; and Week of Compassion Relief Fund.
