Billy Thomas Frantom Jr., 58, beloved husband and father passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013, in Azle.
The service was held Tuesday, June 4 at White’s Funeral Chapel in Springtown. Interment followed at the Elmwood Cemetery in Bowie.
Tommy was born Oct. 29, 1954, in West Monroe, Louisiana to Billy Frantom Sr. and the late Gay Hibbard Frantom. He served five years in the United States Marine Corp., was a graduate of the University of Houston, owned and operated the Hot Skillet Restaurant in Alvord from 2002-2008 and Shinola’s Texas Cafe in Springtown since 2008. On Feb. 6, 2005, he married his wife, Robin in a ceremony at the Hot Skillet in Alvord.
Tommy was preceded in death by his mother, Gay Hibbard Frantom; and brother, “Sonny” Frantom and his Little Bella.
Survivors include his wife, Robin; daughters, Olivia, Cassie and Lisa; sons, Kyle, Bryan and Neil; eight grandchildren; father, Billy T. Frantom; brother, Joe Frantom; sister, Renee Love and husband, David; numerous nieces and nephews; and all his Shinola’s family.
