FJH inducts 31 into honor society

National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) inductions were held May 2 at Santo J. Forte Junior High.
A group of 31 seventh graders was inducted for high standards in scholarship, leadership, character, citizenship, and community service.
Those inducted into NJHS:
Brooke Bailey, Kayleigh Baker, Brittany Beasley, Hannah Boud, Sierra Carlson, Trysten Cook, Hayley Craig, Jaymee Dalley, Emily Dang, Makennah Eager, Alexis Hanna, Joseph Hoselton, Kendall Hunt, Skylar Ingram, Autumn Johnson, Deanna Johnson, Benjamin Koiner, Jennifer Lara, Andrew Lutz, Marlee Mazza, Ainsley McDonald-Boyer, Jenna Okubo, Cataliena Pizarro, Angela Sandoval, Sydnee Stanley, Kelly Thetford, Nathan Ulshafer, Alyssa Westrup, Kayleigh White and Madison Gavarette Wilson.

Also, NJHS eighth grade officers were honored the same day for their service this year.
Officers for the 2012-2013 school year were: Trent Creacy, president; Hunter Breton, vice president; Jordyn Mathis, secretary; B.J. Marchand, treasurer; Kassidy Hightower, parliamentarian; and Stephanie Ledezma and Savannah Shafer, community service officers.
