A Collin County grand jury indicted a former Azle High School graduate on three counts.
On June 13, Kyle Austin Ware was indicted on multiple counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child, sexual assault of a child, and indecency with a child.
Ware remains in a Collin County jail where he has been since his April arrest.
He was detained at DFW Airport April 2 with multiple passports and a ticket to Paris, France, attempting to flee the country.
U.S. Customs agents stopped Ware at DFW. Frisco police had issued warrants for his arrest earlier that day.
The indictments stem from incidents when Ware worked as a tumbling coach at Express Cheer & Dance in Frisco.
