Taff among those indicted by PC Grand Jury

The Parker County Grand Jury convened Thursday, April 4, in Weatherford to consider evidence in a number of pending criminal cases. They returned indictments against the following individuals who list Springtown or Azle as their place of residence:

Randall Benton Taff, 39, of Springtown, was indicted for indecency with a child with sexual contact, a second-degree felony along with four counts of possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.

Tayla Michelle Beasley, 23, of Springtown, was indicted for criminal mischief $1,500-$20,000, a state jail felony.

Skylor Chase Cashion, Sr, 19, of Springtown, was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

Jeremy David Dow, 21, of Springtown, was indicted for aggravated assault, a second-degree felony.

Caleb Andrew Kirkbride, 18, of Springtown, was indicted for theft of property $1,500-$20,000, a third-degree felony, theft of a firearm, a state jail felony, and burglary of a building, also a state jail felony.

Scott Eugene Warnell, 36, of Springtown, was indicted on four counts of forgery, a state jail felony.

Donna Lynn White, 49, of Azle, was indicted for credit card or debit card abuse, a state jail felony, as well as theft of property $1,500-$20,000 enhanced, a third-degree felony.

Those also indicted who are not residents of the Azle and/or Springtown area include:

Timothy Dale Davis, 32, of Fort Worth, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Cash Carter Grnwalt, 27, of Lake Worth, was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony.

Troy Dylan Holmes, 29, no address listed, was indicted for theft, less than $1,500 enhanced with two or more prior theft convictions, a third degree felony.

Robin Allen Martinez, 33, no address listed, was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.

Boyd Newman Matthews, 32, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle, a third degree felony, as well as three counts of aggravated assault, a first degree felony.

Brannan Michael Rangel, 19, of Fort Worth, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, with intent to deliver, a first-degree felony, as well as two counts of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 or 4, less than 28 grams, with intent to deliver, a state jail felony.

Christie Lynn Rose, 43, of Weatherford, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

L. C. Route, 51, of Fort Worth, was indicted for two counts of theft of property $1,500-$20,000, a state jail felony.

William Michael Sims, 63, of Weatherford, was indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

Kyle Lee Sisco, 27, of Weatherford, was indicted on five counts of forgery, a third-degree felony.

Stephanie Laura Sowders, 29, of Aledo, was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
