Springtown trio, Azle duo among those indicted

When a Parker County Grand Jury met to consider evidence in several cases Thursday, May 2, it returned 37 indictments against a total of 22 individuals.
Three of them are residents of Azle, while an additional threesome live in Springtown.
Mark Jefferson Dahl, 37, of Azle, was indicted on three counts of burglary of a building, all state jail felony charges.
Melissa Ladean Jones, 33, of Azle, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
David Wayne Martin, 43, of Azle, was indicted for assault family violence (choking), as well as for continuous violence against the family, both third-degree felonies.
Alyssa Shannon David, 31, of Springtown, was indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
Alen Gann 51, of Springtown, was indicted on three counts possession of child pornography, all third-degree felonies.
Jerry Shad Robbins, 52, of Springtown, was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.
Others indicted:
Steven Wade Dvorak, 60, of Weatherford, was indicted on four counts of possession of child pornography, all third-degree felonies.
Misty Nicole Fonville 23, of Millsap, was indicted for organized retail theft $500-$1,500, a third-degree felony.
Amy Jo Gomas, 47, of Fort Worth, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Steven James Gordy, 25, of Aledo, was indicted for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, a third-degree felony.
Richard Dwayne Hall, 32, who lists himself as homeless, was indicted for assault family violence enhanced as well as for tampering with a witness. Both charges are third-degree felonies.
Stephen Lynn Hankins, 47, of Fort Worth, was indicted for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a state jail felony.
Ross Wade Hogans, 23, of Weatherford, was indicted for organized retail theft $500-$1,500, a third-degree felony, as well as for theft, less than $1,500 enhanced with two or more prior theft convictions, a state jail felony.
Randall Joe Jenkins, 31, of North Richland Hills, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1,1-4 grams, with intent to deliver, a first-degree felony.
Glen Ray Lathers, 34, of Hudson Oaks, was indicted on two counts of sexual assault of a child, as well as for prohibited sexual conduct. All three charges are second-degree felonies.
Michelle Lorraine Lopez, 39, of Aledo, was indicted for theft, less than $1,500 enhanced with two or more prior theft convictions, a state jail felony.
Richard Lee Mayhew, 48, of Fort Worth, was indicted for forgery, a state jail felony.
Zane Lewis McComack, 43, of Graham, was indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
Norman Thomas Miller, 34, of Fort Worth, was indicted for organized retail theft $500-$1,500, a state jail felony, and for evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
Megan Nicole Newcomb, 25, of Weatherford, was indicted on two counts of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
Sandra Kay Pettis, 43, of Weatherford, was indicted for theft, less than $1,500 enhanced with two or more prior theft convictions, a state jail felony.
Rachel Bohannon Ramos, 43, of Aledo, was indicted for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, a third degree felony.
Christopher Todd-Gabrie Scott, 23, of Fort Worth, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, one to four grams, a third-degree felony.
