Parker County Arrests

The following individuals who list addresses in the Azle and/or Springtown areas were arrested by various law enforcement agencies and booked into the Parker County Jail during the week of May 5-11:
Tracy Lynn Davis, 45, of Springtown, was arrested by Springtown police May 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), third or more. Davis posted $10,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail later the same day.
Rebecca Denise Baltzell, 50, of Springtown, was arrested May 10 by Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers and charged with DWI with a child under age 15. She posted $7,500 bond and was released from the Parker County jail May 11.
Nathan Wayne Farrell, 31, of Springtown, was arrested May 11 by Springtown police and charged with DWI. He posted $1,500 bond and was released from the Parker County jail later the same day.
Ricky Glen Lewhew, 19, of Springtown, was arrested by Weatherford PD May 11 for warrants for DWI with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or greater; failure to identify by giving false or fictitious information, and no seatbelt. He posted $3,786 bond and was released from the Parker County jail later the same day.
A 23-year-old Springtown man was arrested by Springtown police May 6 and charged with driving with an invalid driver’s license. He posted $1,000 bond and was released May 7 from the Parker County jail.
Springtown police arrested a 50-year-old Springtown man May 7 and charged him with possession of marijuana. The man was also wanted for burglary of a building and public intoxication in Springtown, as well as three counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in Tarrant County. He remained in the Parker County jail Monday, May 13, with total bond of $113,750.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 43-year-old Azle man May 7 and charged him with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance. The man also had Reno traffic warrants. He remained in the Parker County jail May 13 with bond set at $21,000.
A 26-year-old Springtown man was arrested by Pelican Bay police May 7 for several outstanding traffic warrants. He posted bond, paid fines and was released from the Parker County jail May 13.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 48-year-old Springtown man May 8 and charged him with possession of a controlled substance. He remained in the Parker County jail May 13 with bond set at $7,500.
A 21-year-old Springtown man was arrested by Springtown police May 9 for several outstanding warrants for traffic offenses. He remained in the Parker County jail May 13 with no bond set in three of the five warrants.
Springtown police arrested an 18-year-old Springtown man May 9 and charged him with possession of marijuana. He posted $1,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail later the same day.
A 19-year-old Azle man was arrested by Springtown police May 9 and charged with possession of marijuana. He posted $1,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail later the same day.
Weatherford/Parker County Special Crimes Unit officers arrested a 55-year-old Springtown man May 9 and charged him with possession of marijuana. He posted $1,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail May 10.
An 18-year-old Azle man was arrested by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies May 9 for a warrant for theft of property. He remained in the Parker County jail May 13 with bond set at $2,500.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 50-year-old Springtown man May 10 for insufficient bond and an earlier charge of stalking. He remained in the Parker County jail May 13 with bond set at $20,001.
Azle police arrested a 17-year-old Azle man for theft of property May 10. He posted $1,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail May 13.
A 17-year-old Springtown man was arrested May 10 by Springtown police, charged with possession of a dangerous drug as well as possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility. Bond was set at $12,000 and the man remained in the Parker County jail May 13.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 24-year-old Azle man on a commitment order on an arson charge. He was held without bond as of May 13.
A 54-year-old Azle man was arrested by Springtown police May 11 for a Denton County warrant for burglary of a building. He was held on $3,000 bond in the Parker County jail as of May 13.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 29-year-old Springtown man May 11 on a charge of burglary of a habitation. His bond was set at $30,000 and he remained in the Parker County jail as of May 13.
A 21-year-old Azle man was arrested by Hudson Oaks police May 11 for public intoxication. He paid a $260 fine and was released from the Parker County jail later the same day.
A 40-year-old Springtown man was arrested May 11 by Springtown police for a Weatherford PD warrant for no driver’s license. The man spent almost 18 hours in the Parker County jail before being released.
