Parker County Arrests

The following individuals who list addresses in the Azle and/or Springtown areas were arrested by various law enforcement agencies and booked into the Parker County Jail during the week of March 31-April 6:
Miguel Rivas Ollervides, 36, of Azle, was arrested by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies April 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated, his second such charge. Ollervides remained in the Parker County jail as of April 8 with bond set at $2,000; however, he was also held without bond on an Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) detainer.
David Michael Cates, 43, of Azle, was arrested April 6 by Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol. Cates remained in the Parker County jail April 8 with bond set at $1,000.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 43-year-old Springtown man April 1 for bond forfeiture related to an ongoing case for burglary of a building as well as insufficient bond for an assault family violence charge. He was held in the Parker County jail with no bond as of April 1.
A 33-year-old Springtown woman was arrested April 1 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies for a bench warrant for organized retail theft as well as a Tarrant County warrant for tampering or fabricating with physical evidence. She was held with no bond as of April 1 in the Parker County jail.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 20-year-old Azle woman April 2 for driving while unlicensed. She paid a $211 fine or posted $422 bond and was released from the Parker County jail April 3.
A 30-year-old Azle man was arrested by Springtown police April 2 for Springtown traffic warrants. He was released from the Parker County jail April 5.
Reno police arrested a 33-year-old Azle man and charged him with driving with an invalid driver’s license April 2. He posted $750 bond and was released from the Parker County jail April 3.
A 26-year-old Azle woman was arrested by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies
April 3 and charged with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. She posted $2,500 bond and was released from the Parker County jail April 5.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 25-year-old Azle man April 3 and charged him with possession of dangerous drugs. They also cited him for public intoxication. He posted $1,500 and was released from the Parker County jail April 4.
A 39-year-old Springtown man was arrested by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies April 4 charged with theft of property $50-500, possession of a controlled substance and criminally trespassing. He posted $5,000 bond and was released later the same day from the Parker County jail.
Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 29-year-old Azle man and charged him with driving with an invalid driver’s license. He posted $500 bond and was released form the Parker County jail later the same day.
A 55-year-old Azle woman was arrested April 4 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies on a commitment order for prescription fraud. She was transferred to another facility April 5.
Springtown police arrested a 37-year-old Springtown man and charged him with driving with an invalid driver’s license April 5. He posted $750 bond and was released from the Parker County jail later the same day.
A 42-year-old Azle man was arrested April 5 by Parker county Sheriff’s deputies for a bond violation involving violation of a protective order. He posted $5,000 bond and was released from the Parker County jail a few hours later.
Azle police arrested a 48-year-old Azle man April 5 and charged him with assault family violence (choking) as well as unlawful restraint. He remains in the Parker County jail as of April 8 with bond set at $4,000 for each charge for a total of $8,000.
A 36-year-old Azle man was charged with deadly conduct after Reno police arrested him April 6. He posted $2,500 bond and was released from the Parker County jail April 7.
